1. Click on https://srd.sassa.gov.za/sc19/auth  to report your stolen phone or broken SIM card that is no more in use now.
2. Enter your personal South African ID number.
3. Submitting the ID number indicates cell phone number used for the SASSA SRD R350 grant application has been changed without your consent.
4. Confirm by clicking Yes.
